01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player" or "User") and rajabotak ("Platform", "We"). This document governs all aspects of platform use, including account registration, gaming activities, financial transactions, use of promotions, and all other interactions with the services we provide.

These terms should be read together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy which also forms part of your overall agreement with rajabotak.

In the event of any conflict between a translated version of this document and the Bahasa Melayu version, the Bahasa Melayu version shall prevail and supersede all other versions.

02 Account Eligibility

To register and use the platform rajabotak, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Be at least 18 years or have reached the legal gambling age under the laws of your region of residence, whichever is higher.
• Is acting on their own behalf and not on behalf of any other person or business entity.
• Is not currently on any gambling exclusion list, whether self-imposed or enforced by any relevant authority.
• Does not reside in a region or country where online gambling is fully prohibited under local law.
• Has full legal capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement.
• Has never had an account closed by rajabotak due to fraud, breach of terms, or suspicious activity.

rajabotak reserves the right to request proof of identity and eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof will result in account suspension or closure and the freezing of associated balances until the investigation is complete.

03 Registration & Account Management

Each player is only permitted to have one (1) account on the rajabotak platform. Registration of more than one account by the same individual, whether using a different name, email address, phone number, or financial information, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of terms.

Upon registration, you are required to provide true, accurate, and current information, including your full name as per your identification card, an active email address, a valid Malaysian mobile number, and your actual date of birth. rajabotak conducts identity verification (KYC) before any withdrawal is approved.

• Your account password is entirely your responsibility — do not share it with anyone.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for additional account security.
• Report to customer support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
• Update your profile information as soon as any changes to your personal details occur.
• Rajabotak will not be liable for any losses resulting from a player's own negligence in maintaining their account security.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

• Rajabotak reserves the right to void any bets suspected of involving manipulation or fraud.

07 Player Responsibilities

• Opening more than one account by the same player.
• Use of a false identity or inaccurate registration information.
• Bonus abuse or exploitation of the promotions system.
• Request from a competent authority.

If your account is closed due to a terms violation, rajabotak reserves the right to forfeit all related bonus balances and winnings. For account closures initiated by the player for responsible gaming reasons, any valid cash balance will be processed for withdrawal after a review is completed.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, rajabotak shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or data resulting from service interruptions.
• Losses resulting from technical failures or disruptions beyond RajaBotak's reasonable control.
• Any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence.
• Losses resulting from currency exchange rate fluctuations or third-party payment provider policies.

RajaBotak's maximum liability to any player under any circumstance shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the player in the thirty (30) days preceding the relevant claim.

10 Amendment of Terms

rajabotak reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments will take effect immediately upon publication on this page. The "Updated" date at the top of this document will reflect the date of the most recent amendment.
